Broken anchor link and confusion around channel lifecycle & occupancy events settings for an app

In the app settings of our logged in dashboards, we have the following section relating to Channel Lifecycle and Occupancy events:

Following those links https://ably.com/docs/metadata-stats/metadata#lifecycle-events and https://ably.com/docs/metadata-stats/metadata#occupancy-events takes you to the metadata page but those anchor links do not exist.

However, it's really not clear what "Enable Occupancy" does from the docs either. I was unable to (within a few minutes) determine why I need to enable/disable occupancy at an app level as all docs seems to imply you can get the info by simply subscribing.

Can we make this clearer for users and update links?
