Issue on recreating schema from a dump with a view depending on another view #1

SchemaDumper orders views alphabetically. If we have a view named 'a' in which definition view 'b' is used, then schema loading will abort with
PGError: ERROR: relation 'b' does not exist

I think this is addressed in this commit:
