Google Banner AD - 60KB

Hi, I'm working on some banners that will go to a client's Google AD and one of the requirements is that the mobile banners must be no larger than 60kb. I was only able to export up to about 90kb. What can I do to achieve the 60kb size limit?

Google supports JS-Sources from their CDN (I used this cheat for my Animate/CreateJS Banners)
