怎么配置中文界面显示，需要修改哪些地方。

Kubeflow 自己其实没有做过i18n 支持，只有部分组件内置了 i18n，但也没有中文的翻译。我们正在做一些汉化的工作正在努力提交回社区，希望以后的版本会包含 i18n 。
