Port the feed service drivers from enterprise to vunnel:

• nvd port nvd driver #1
• ghsa Port GHSA provider #7
• alpine feat: port alpine provider #6
• centos (part of initial concept commit)
• amazon Port amazon provider #12
• debian Port debian provider #13
• oracle Port oracle provider #15
• rhel -Port RHEL provider #19
• sles Port SLES provider #20
• ubuntu port ubuntu driver #22
• wolfi Port wolfi driver #21

Remaining tasks:

• account for alpine NVD severity info being added after parsing (addressed in https://github.com/anchore/grype-db-builder/pull/245)
• account for debian NVD severity info being added after parsing (addressed in https://github.com/anchore/grype-db-builder/pull/245)
• add tests for NVD (after rewrite)
• add test_provider_schema for ubuntu Add schema validation test for ubuntu provider #30
• add test_provider_schema for centos
• Normalize provider output to conform to defined in-repo schemas #25

Tempting refactors:

• rewrite the NVD provider: NVD provider taking a long time even when results are cached #9 Use the new NVD CPE v2 API instead of the deprecated feeds #11 (implemented in Rewrite NVD provider #27)
• rewrite the ubuntu provider: Investigate using the OVAL data for ubuntu provider #24 (refactored based on findings mentioned in Investigate using the OVAL data for ubuntu provider #24 (comment))
• split parsers into download and process steps: Split all providers into "download" and "process" steps #26 (this can be deferred)

Items to capture as issues:

• tech debt: remove all nosec linter ignore comments from ported providers
• tech debt: remove all flake8: noqa (full file) linter ignore comments from ported providers
