[new-feature]: DTMF via audiosocket protocol

Hello Asterisk team,

I want to know if its possible to request to send DTMF events via audiosocket protocol, I use that protocol and then add ARI or AMI to fetch DTMF events, but will be better to send all via audiosocket and simplifies that

It is not currently possible. As this is a feature request, I am moving it to the feature requests repo.
