feature: opensearch: allow disable modify refresh_interval

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I tried to use index_docuements and failed with 403 since OS role didn't allow indices:admin/settings/update, which is needed for chenging index settings (like refresh_interval)
another thing is that the current implementation might cause the actual refresh interval to get stuck at -1 (disabled) due to race condition issues with multiple workers.

argument in index_docuemens() which allows disabling this behavior

using opensearch-py's api directly
