Snowflake Hapi Server(https://snowflakeserver-bartonhammond.rhcloud.com) is down and it returns 503. I have been trying it for last couple of days and seeing the same response. Would you please help to bring back the server, if there is a possibility?

I think rhcloud is down. It was some stupid service they couldn't figure out, so they closed it completely. You need to run your own server.
