Implement hotjar for AR filing to see the path the user takes and if there are any drop off points

This tix is to implement hotjar so we can see the path the user takes and if there are any drop off points.

Does hotjar also capture if they are using a mobile, O/S, browser, resolution, location, etc.?

If not, how can we capture this data?

Could we please have this ready for the first actual release, around mid-June?

@pwei1018 please confirm whether we still have a licence for these recordings. And if we don't, how much will it cost?

I seem to recall it would capture the information Trish is looking for (except for maybe resolution?)

As per Patrick: we dropped the licence about 2 years ago because we weren't reviewing the recordings.
We used to get 35 daily sessions.

Recommend getting the Business licence @ 1,188/year USD.

@thorwolpert if we got the licence, I'm thinking what is the repo we are connecting it to?
