check bee generate routers command

可能是依赖问题，使用bee v2生成的项目可以自动生成commentsRouter_controllers.go， 然后把依赖拷贝到无法生成文档的项目里试试

手动执行 bee generate docs以及bee generate routers重新生成commentsRouter_controllers.go，新版本删除了自动生成功能
