search: profile typeahead not working, full search does, for single test account

The account with handle esb-bsky-test.bsky.social does not pop up in typeahead search, but it does come up in a full search.

Notes:

• this is a bare/empty account, maybe we are filtering out such accounts downstream of palomar/opensearch? specifically for typeahead quality?
• nyt-first-said.bsky.social works, so don't think it is a hyphen thing
• should potentially add a regression test to existing live tests once we figure this out

I can dig in to this next week, but also cc: @ericvolp12 in case it falls through the cracks.
