Copy Original Assets missing file extension

Had a gotcha moment recently. I've optimised my image assets (JPG) before importing to After Effects and have chosen "Copy Original Assets" in the export settings. Creating banner ads so exporting directly to a ZIP file.

I discovered that if the imported JPG file is renamed in the Project bin and there is no file extension (eg. rename "IMAGE FILE 003.jpg" to "dog3") then the exported image file has no extension. Didn't notice any issue with testing on Adpiler but the banners didn't pass inspection when uploaded for distribution. Quick solve is to include a file extension (eg. "dog3.jpg") then it works as expected.
