Maybe modbus spec is wrong :)
I have Komfovent 550m3/h and this adresses still show max 100 ?
next , your addon show 45m3/h ,but at the same time also Set Fan same 45% , and when i change it , also Flow is changing to the same value.

And finally webpage, same story:

This m3/h can be ok , when you have 100m3/h recuperator :)

I presume these fields will switch from % of fan speed to volume if volume sensor is attached to system.
