Hi there! In my experience, there are some issues with burning games downloaded from the Internet, simply because they haven't been dumped and verified properly. The best way to know if a backup disc is going to work properly is to rip a copy of the actual disc, using ImgBurn (because that program will create the proper CUE sheet and BIN file) and then burn that BIN/CUE pair to a CD-R at 4x (which is the "safe" burn speed). CUE sheets downloaded from the Internet vary wildly and most of the time aren't constructed properly. I did some testing with Breath of Fire IV some time ago and the CUE sheet created with ImgBurn from a real disc wasn't anywhere close to several CUE sheets I downloaded from the Internet. Just because a site says that they have verified a BIN/CUE pair, doesn't mean that it's verified for burning. It might work in an emulator just fine, but you need a BIN/CUE pair taken directly from the real disc in order to verify that the burn will run successfully on real hardware.
My psone 4.5 model only seems to load up toy story and very few games. I've installed the exploit onto those cheap fake memcards sold on eBay.
It loads up fine on unirom. But the resident evil trilogy refuses to work.
What am I doing wrong? The games are NTSC from vimmr lair and I burn on verbatim CD-R at the lowest speed possible
