Describe the bug
There seems to be both a Solano County Transit as well as a Solano Transportation Authority
Both have the same GTFS feed, but different cal-itp ids

An Airtable bug for sure.

Expected behavior
⚔️ There should be only one ⚔️

It's unfortunate it shows up in reports twice. I'm not sure if it's a bug or what!
