How to use with Intel GPU???

What happened?

@carlrobertoh, hi.
I tried to run plugin using Intel Arc using the official documentation from here: https://github.com/ggerganov/llama.cpp/blob/master/docs/backend/SYCL.md

but he's still using my processors.

build params: GGML_SYCL=ON, GGML_SYCL_TARGET=INTEL,CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=icpx, CMAKE_C_COMPILER=icx, CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
