Support version/branch table incorrect for Totara 13+ #344

Currently pointing to MOODLE_39_STABLE branch but there's a TOTARA_13_STABLE branch which seems to be more correct.

Either the TOTARA_13_STABLE branch needs to be removed, or the table needs to be updated
