The eui names for the namespaces seen in ESXi appear to be based on UUID - without a OUI component #636

When I look at the disk view in esxtop I see the namespaces from Ceph with 'random' uuid's but those namespaces from a vendor like Dell/Samsung adhere to a prescribed format.

Shouldn't the ceph namespaces also adhere to the standard eui format? For one thing it makes it easier to identify ceph namespaces 😄
