The quay.io/ceph/nvmeof images should be the release type build

Because the .env SPDK_CONFIGURE_ARGS configuration contains the --enable-debug option, the current nvmeof(SPDK) build is a debug type build, not a release one.
SPDK_CONFIGURE_ARGS="--with-rbd --disable-tests --disable-unit-tests --disable-examples --enable-debug"

According to our performance test, the release type build nvmeof image performs much better than the debug type build.

Just created this issue ticket to track this information. And hope that the release container images are built with the release type.

Also, this may help if someone wants to do a performance test with the nvmeof gateway.
