bundle gemsync --source-dir=...

presumes pwd has a lockfile in it. (what if it didn't? fancy version could do a resolve first)

why do this? maybe more than my weird use case exists: rubygems/bundler#1964 (comment)

my current script presumes the source is a bundle --path dir structure - would it work from a --system dir structure? it should in the details, but maybe it's presuming something about the top level breakdown that would need smarts?
