The list of rooms with reports of ethernet ports not working:

  • C1E
  • C2K
  • E3F
  • E2E
  • E2D

I don't use mine, (C2K) it looks ugly, and I plan on being here for a few years so I can just install it later before I leave.

Are you saying you want disabled WiFi? ;-)

... but I use WiFi :-( I just don't use Ethernet

E2E complete.
Problem: One of the cables was dislodged from the port. The other port had a very sharp 60 degree bend on its cable which led to VERY throttled speeds.
Status: Fixed. Speed tests readings are normal. The port closest to the window is consistently 1ms slower in ping times.

C1E is done. Turns out one of the switches was disconnected. E3F's ethernet cable is nonexistent. A new cable has to been made.

I just fixed the cable in C2K. It took about 1.5 hours but I would say it takes about 1 hour, once you know what you are doing, to run a completely new cable from switch to room.
