Daily events ignore times for marquee representation

Consider there are three daily events, namely "breakfast", "lunch" and "dinner", scheduled for a long period. While everything else appears to work as expected, the marquee shows all of them, and always in the same order. This is quite illogical, since in the morning we expect to see "breakfast", "lunch", "dinner", while in the afternoon we expect to see "dinner", "breakfast", "lunch" (the latter two referring to the next day).
