Add TAGs to Landscape for projects

Every CNCF project should be under a TAG, we should add that data in the extra field in the landscape.

We should then surface that in the UI

For example, each landscape entry, especially projects have an "extra" field for new attributes

e.g., https://github.com/cncf/landscape/blob/master/landscape.yml#L2623

This would allow you to filter by all projects that are self identified as specs:
https://landscape.cncf.io/card-mode?specification=true

We could add an extra attribute for "tag: cncf-tag-security" etc

And simply add this as part of the onboarding process of a project and also have TAGs manage things.

We could also add the info to the card in a project or make a small UI enhancement.

Technical Architecture Groups (TAGS)

On Associating TAGs with Projects, some TAGs can serve all Projects, some have stated a list of projects in scope statements on their charters.

A monitored project is one that has a CLO Monitor reference.

Project that have been archived are being exluded.

Thanks Rob! I would see what you can, get the basics working and then we will email the TAGs themselves to send PRs in themselves to manage. The ideal solution would allow TAGs to properly self manage project ownership via the landscape kind of how we do other attributes of projects. We can even embed a landscape on a TAG website with their associated projects too like we do with members, projects etc on CNCF website properties.
