MSCHAPv2Authenticator supporting 2FA (SMS/App Code)

Hi Coova,
Would you be able to assist with an issue regarding MSCHAPv2Authenticator.

We are receiving a AccessReject response when we authenticate, please see below.

The server is configured to require multi factor authentication, is this something that is supported in jradius?
When making use of phone, it works, but for app authenticator and SMS, it is not working, since the MFA code needs to be captured and sent as an "attribute"?

My assumption is that a special attribute needs to be set prior to invoking MSCHAPv2Authenticator#authenticate?
