FYI：P2963 は P2841 から一部分離した内容となっており、より包括的な対応は P2841 の議論が進行中です。
本Issue対応は P2841 の動向を待った方が、手戻りが少なくなりそうです。（C++26採択されそうな雰囲気には見えます）
