check_ciao_version when installed with micromamba

If I install ciao with micromamba and do not have conda installed (which given the license issue I would strongly advise), the check_ciao_version script fails

~/Install$ micromamba activate ciao-4.16b1

(ciao-4) ~/Install$ check_ciao_version
# check_ciao_version (15 November 2021): ERROR Unable to run the conda tool. Was CIAO installed with conda?

FWIW: ciaover also fails.

This should be fixed now (at least for check_ciao_version, and maybe it needs an updated contrib release [so another request for @nplee ;0]) but it would be good for someone other than I to check.

It needs the 15 November 2023 of later version - we currently have available to test
