Fixes parse-stream rejects types that JsonFactory.createParser accepts #98
Adds input-polymorphic parse-json and parse-json-strict to core.
Also makes parse-cbor, parse-smile, parsed-seq and parsed-smile-seq similarly polymorphic.
Removes the StringReader layer which Jackson did not like from parse-string(-strict).
Makes parse-stream(-strict) accept any Reader instead of just BufferedReaders.
Incidentally cheshire.parse/json-parser et al. added here also make the workaround for Stream parsing is limited to one item only #94 (constructing a reusable JsonParser) less verbose.
Fixes parsed-smile-seq actually parses JSON #175. This is a breaking change and could be removed or separated.
