Getting Started - Qotm -> Quote service

Just wanted to drop another learning gotcha that I ran into - GettingStarted refers to a service called qotm, yet the repo matching that service (below) appears to be dead.

Filed an issue asking for redirection to datawire/quote as well as archiving the dead repo:

datawire/qotm#13

I also didn’t notice until later that the docker image, is actually datawire/quote of which, there is a repo for that, so I have another issue here asking for releases, tags, and better documentation, including of that on DockerHub.
