rdfs:comment of dbr:Franca in dbr:France

I’ve just realized that there were some mistakes in the resource dbr:France [1]. The comments for dbr:France includes information from dbr:Franca [2]. (As of 2021-10-26)

From my seat, the issue is actually that several non-English values of dbr:France rdfs:comment (which only has one value loaded, which is English) are incorrectly found within dbr:Franca rdfs:comment, which can be detected by checking for République française therein. See query and results.

I don't know whether this is an issue with the extraction framework, with the loading of the datasets, with the datasets that were loaded, or something else. So I tag a few people who might have a better idea... @pvk @kurzum @openlink @csarven
