The idea is to add information to the prospect grantees regarding when the vesting contracts will start and the releasing date.
There is non-clarity in the governance proposal in that sense.
however, if you took part, wrote in the mentioned proposal (quote), “The vesting contract should always be initialized on the 1st day or the 15th day of the month; this will give some time of preparation to the grantee between the votation finishes and the work starts", between the lines, says that the contracts shouldn´t start before the vote date of the original proposal.
So, the correct formula would be: Vesting contract Start date = { month: (voting_end_date_month + 1), day: payment_stategy_day }, with payment_stategy_day = 1 or 15

Add a friendly reminder box to the Grant form request into the payment selection that gives information like "the vesting contract will start the 1st or 15th (depending on the date selected) of the next month that the proposal ended."
