Currently, the only way proposal comments are displayed in the Governance dApp is from the oldest to the newest (desc), making the discussion regarding the proposal harder to follow and creating incentives for users to comment first and set precedents regarding opinions to generate a biased first impression.

It would be nice to have a way to at least let users define their selected comments order (Older/Newer first).
