Feature: Assign tags (categories) to specific chats/searchability

Hello @deiucanta and fellow contributors! Could there be a feature by which to assign a tag/category to each chat? I find myself engaged in a wide variety of topics, and it would be useful for each conversation to have specifics tags or categories assigned to them. These could be automatically derived initially from the context of the chat itself, but also be amended by the user.

In addition, the ability to search chat histories around specific keywords would be useful.
