Would be brilliant to be able to create repos on the go

Can you describe the use case to give a little more context? :)

I use iOctocat on my iPad and iPhone, and so often don't have a laptop on hand (for instance when visiting/working from a client site) in these cases I've found myself wanting to create a new repo, and rather than quickly doing it via iOctocat, I have to go via the browser, and then switch to desktop mode and deal with the non optimized layout to create a repo.

One use-case is creating a repo on site, to allow access to the wiki pages immediately

I believe creating a repo is supported by the API.
