Add page to view all PRs open in a organization

It can be a real pain sometimes trying to keep track of all of the PRs in all of an organizations' repos, so what if there was just a single place you could go to that had all of them? Nothing fancy, just a single page that had copies of all of the organizations' PR pages.

There's a page for this now from github, but GitHubUtils doesn't know what to do with it. I actually came here to see if there might be an update or fork or PR that does it. :-)

To see it, go to your pull requests from your dashboard, and make the search string look something like this: is:open is:pr archived:false user:your-org.
