The language server can return folding ranges. Some of those ranges can be "license header" that we may prefer to collapse by default. As the language server doesn't know if a range is a legal header or not, the client (LSP4E) could check it.
For example, we could assume that if a collapse range is the 1st range in the file, has a Copyright notice and a SPDX license descriptor, it can be fold by default.
