org.elasticsearch.index.mapper.MapperParsingException: failed to parse field [field] of type [date] in document with id '1'. Preview of field's value: 'Mi, 06 Dez 2000 02:55:00 -0800'

Issue Reasons:

  • [7.17] 20 consecutive failures in step openjdk23_java-matrix
  • [7.17] 20 failures in test testChangeLocale (2.7% fail rate in 729 executions)
  • [7.17] 20 failures in step openjdk23_java-matrix (100.0% fail rate in 20 executions)
  • [7.17] 20 failures in pipeline elasticsearch-periodic (100.0% fail rate in 20 executions)

This issue has been closed because it has been open for too long with no activity.

Any muted tests that were associated with this issue have been unmuted.

If the tests begin failing again, a new issue will be opened, and they may be muted again.
