nuxt新项目，nuxt，@element-plus/nuxt都是最新版本
使用el-select，发现下拉框无法下拉
修改@element-plus/nuxt版本号为1.0.9,下拉框成功显示
最终确定：1.0.10导致了el-select异常

试试清空缓存后启动

npx nuxi cleanup

npm run dev

是否参考 Readme 配置了
