New blog posts should auto-publish to the forum

Currently blog posts have comments via Disqus. The discussions there tend to peter out kind of quickly and deep conversations aren't encouraged by the UI.

Instead I'd like to see new blog posts be auto-posted and cross-linked to https://discuss.emberjs.com/. The theory is our discussions will be much more engaging there.
