ESP32-C3: Connecting and disconnect to enterprise access-point in a loop stops working after a few iterations #2243

It seemed it will be solved by updating the drivers which apparently improved the situation but didn't fully solve it.

This seems to happen only on ESP32-C3 - e.g. on ESP32-C6 it runs forever (or at least until it exceeds my patience).
It only affects wpa2-enterprise - connecting to a wpa2-personal access-point in a loop works fine

Update: Seems it IS fixed by the driver update
