Feature Request

Description of Problem:

Relying on PR reviewers to ensure compliance with the yaml schemas will lead to errors and inconsistencies being introduced to the repository.

Potential Solutions:

After yaml schemas have been created add a validation step to the PR if someone adds or changes a features, controls, threat or metadata file.
