專案這個分類下的連結，就字義和連結內容令人困惑：

開發者首頁：目前連結到 http://hack.g0v.tw，看是否要改成更好的wording？
資料中心：目前連結到 http://data.g0v.tw/ ，@ipa 說要砍掉？
新增專案：目前連結到github說明，對於新手而言是很困惑的目的地...
