#93 is already dealt with in PR #98 along with #65 & #90. These are all tagged and ready to go in a 0.3.1 release.

@cmungall has confirmed that the design of the axiom annotations is already present in the spec, which is now officially maintained (at least for the time being) in the OAK repo.

I have added an example in #44 for you to see how it should look, but I am happy to have some test cases build for you if needed. Can you tackle #44 as well?
