Not converging cookbooks

The cookbooks allken_et_al_2012_rift_interaction and crustal_deformation are very sensitive to solver settings and do not converge with the GMG solver (see #5211, #4117). For each of the cookbooks we should revisit their solver choices and rework the cookbook to make it more robust,

Cookbooks fixed:

• allken_et_al_2012_rift_interaction
• crustal_deformation

Both cookbooks have had fixes that make them converge for now. We can still revisit their solvers in the future to make them better, but at least it is not relevant for the release anymore.
