Description

We use a basis order of 2 in examples/strikeslip-2d/step04_varslip, so when we plot the slip output, we do not see the full resolution of the fault slip in the simulation.

Desired Solution

We need to update the figure to use refined output that shows a more accurate representation of the fault slip in the simulation.
