IBU Calculations problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. IBU calculations don't work in metric


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Numbers out by the metric conversion of litres to gallons

I have fixed this in my version of brewblogger and have done a but of a 
reworking of the whole calculations file.  This is a really basic rewrite, it 
could do with a lot more work.  Please ask if you want ideas/changes.
