Problem description

According to the conversation in #6103 (comment) FieldListUpdateTest should be reworked so that it uses FormEntryActivityTestRule instead of BlankFormTestRule.
The newly added test changeInValueUsedToDetermineIfAQuestionIsRequired_ShouldUpdateTheRelatedRequiredQuestion should use it's own small form.
