Simple Texture Sampler Example

I was thinking about adding a simple quad rendering example with a texture sample, to kind of fill the gab left between the hello_triangle and cube examples. Does that seem like a good idea?

The cube example kind of covers it, but it's also got more than you need for just rendering an image, and it also doesn't demonstrate creating a texture sampler.
