I'm not sure if DBXS should provide some kind of schema migration or interrogation support. It seems like a useful thing to have in terms of a holistic developer experience, but maybe adding something would be feature creep. The documentation should probably at least suggest a specific 3rd-party tool that plays nicely with DBXS.
