Which format to use for making documents?

Prerequisite

Easy to learn
Able to publish(generate PDF, ePub, HTML, ...)
Make beautiful document design

Candidates

Markdown
- Easy!
- Supported in GitHub
- Hard to publish
Latex
- Beautiful!
- Hard to learn
Docbook
- Used in GNOME documents a lot!
