[gridjs-jquery] How to add a plugin?

This is how I create the grid and I have to add filter buttons like selectbox. So I checked the plugin section of the doc. But I couldn't figure it out.

1. How can I add plugin?

grid.plugin.add({

    component: MyPlugin,
    position: ''//* PluginPosition is enum but in jQuery version how I can use
});

2. What the MyPlugin method should return?
